The Hotel Lorette doesn�t just rest on its privileged location, near the Opera, the Grands Magasins and Montmartre: it is a hotel that outstandingly and harmoniously combines the classic and the modern. An enlightened design by architect Philippe Maidenberg preserved the still largely visible stones of this large �maison� after its renovation. Perhaps one of the greatest indications of the play between old and new is the co-existence of the grand 19th century staircase and the elevator, glass and decorated with rose petals. Transparence is a recurring theme of the hotel. The armchairs of the breakfast room, the white walls and careful lighting contribute to create an agreable sense of space.
